Unfortunately, my wife and I did not have a similar experience with customer service that others did. We traveled 20 minutes out of our way on a rainy disgusting day specifically for a point pleasant sweatshirt for a gift for someone who just bought a house in the area. As we were looking, an extremely disrespectful woman (older, short haired, heavy-set and grumpy) shouted "someone help these people in sweatshirts so they don't keep unfolding everything on the table" loud and nasty enough for us and the entire store to hear. This comment was unnecessary because my wife actually works in retail so she was nicely folding everything back as we looked. Out of principle, we dropped our merchandise and left. This place never receive a penny from me or my family. I will be sure to review and spread my experience in as many places as possible. I recommend shopping elsewhere.
