Been here twice, both times were awesome! Mary is a great person/waitress! She made my daughter(5yo) a basket out if a palm tree leaf and truly put time in to get to know her and made sure my daughter was having fun. I wish Mary all the best and good luck with school/career! We hope to run into you again! The place overall is great for anyone. The pier/seating area reaches to the ocean and has fantastic views, bands/live music really gel the vibe together! Food is excellent, especially the seafood! Definitely a good time whether with friends or family
I always have a good time here. The food was and drinks were really good. Kudos to Courtney for doing an excellent job. The only thing was missing was the live ban.
The staff is so rude and ignorant. A 50 year old virgin checked my id for ten minutes rubbing his greasy fingers all over it before putting it in the chip reader (which said it was fine because I'm a 30 year old woman.) He then denied a friend entry for an id that had just expired- she wasn't the one who drove there and it was a recent expiration. Once inside, the staff is even more ignorant, one bartender in particular getting visibility upset when she asked for id and I showed her the wristband that took me 25 minutes to get. She very rudely replied "that means nothing to me." I'm sorry, then what is it for? Peace of mind or so you can employ the Neanderthal at the door? Either way, I'll go to Asbury next time. Just cause you're the only place at the beach doesn't mean you should treat people like trash. The food was also awful, but that goes without saying.
Drinks were definitely watered down. Staff was rude. Don't bother. I can certainly say it was one of my most unpleasant times going out. Take your money elsewhere if you want to have a good night.
